Perez names Jaguares team to play Lions trial

Coach Raul Perez has named the Jaguares final pre-season Super Rugby team to play the Lions in a warm up at Emirates Airline (Ellis) Park.

The Jaguares were beaten 29-14 in their first pre-season match by the Stormers in Cape Town and this will be their first match at altitude.

Argentina's historic first Super Rugby match is against the Cheetahs in Bloemfontein, on 26 February.


1- Lucas Noguera Paz, 2- Agustin Creevy, 3- Ramiro Herrera, 4- Guido Petti, 5- Tomas Lavanini, 6- Pablo Matera, 7- Javier Ortega Desio, 8- Leonardo Senatore, 9- Martin Landajo, 10- Nicolas Sanchez, 11- Santiago Cordero, 12- Jeronimo de la Fuente, 13- Matias Moroni, 14- Emiliano Boffeli, 15- Joaquin Tuculet.

Replacements : Santiago Garcia Botta, Nahuel Tetaz Chaparro, Matias Alemanno, Facundo Isa, Matias Orlando, Santiago Gonzalez Iglesias, Felipe Ezcurra, Julian Montoya, Felipe Arregui, Gonzalo Bertranou, Rodrigo Baez y Joaquin Paz.
