Rugby World Cup quarter final refs revealed

Welsh Referee Nigel Owens who was criticized by Samoans and South Africans after the two met in a Pool clash has been appointed for the New Zealand-Argentina quarterfinal in the Rugby World Cup on Sunday.

Owens' calls were described as stupid and harsh by Samoa and strange by the Springboks, who won the bruising encounter 13-5. Each team had a man carded.

Welshman Owens said it was the hardest game he's ever refereed, and had no regrets.

The other quarterfinal appointments are:
